We source our tea directly from specific tea gardens and know exactly when and how our teas were produced.
Yes, all our loose leaf and herbal teas are organic. We work with small tea gardens that are committed to sustainable farming methods. Some of them are not officially certified as the certification process is very expensive for small farmers. Therefore, we prefer to work directly with the tea gardens and communicate with the tea producers to know exactly how they grow and produce their teas.
The teas made from Camellia Sinensis all contain caffeine. Herbal teas are naturally caffeine-free.
You will be informed about the shipping costs before the purchase contract is concluded.

Customers have 14 days after delivery to return the goods received if there is a reason for complaint. After that, the seller will send you a new product of the same type of goods that you purchased from The Varietea Shop.
