Our exquisite shóu (cooked) pu’er, grown at an altitude of 1800 metres in a wild tea forest and harvested in 2018, delivers a rich and complex flavour. This fermented tea is pleasantly earthy and woody, with notes of dried stone fruit and subtle sweetness. Over time, shóu pu’er becomes softer and sweeter with even more remarkable character.
