A rich, fresh flavour of matcha powder permeates the smooth, frothy liquor with vegetal, umami and freshly cut grass notes. Our highest-grade matcha has a bright, appealing green colour and is perfectly balanced with a natural sweetness.

Prepare 120 ml of 80℃ water. Sift 2 g of matcha powder, add 20 ml of 80℃ water, and make a paste with a bamboo whisk. Add the rest of the water and whisk in zigzag motions until a fine foam is created.
