Our 2012 year Sheng Puerh is a slowly fermented tea, harvested from ancient trees in the misty Yiwu mountains of Yunnan province at the altitude of 1200-1600 meters.  It boasts a vibrant, complex flavour that evolves with age. Fresh, bold and grassy with a touch of astringency when young, mature Sheng Puerh develops deeper undertones – wood, fruits and honey – with a smooth, minty, mellow finish. With each infusion, Sheng Puerh reveals more and more layers of its character. We break up the tea cake to make it easier for you to infuse.

Broken pieces of the 375 g cake of fermented and aged loose leaf tea, 2012 year of production, 400 to 560-year-old trees
