Crafted with meticulous care, lotus tea undergoes a process where carefully selected lotus flowers are combined with the highest-quality green tea leaves, resulting in an elegant and refined beverage. The infusion imparts an enchanting floral aroma to the tea, creating a mellow and refreshing drink, complemented by a mild astringency.

2 min (4 infusions)

1. Cut the flower carefully in half.

2. Measure 3 grams of tea leaves, a few stamens and flower petals.

3. Steep at 70–75°C water for 3 minutes in 200 ml.

4. Pour every last drop of tea from the teapot into your cup. Reinfuse 4–5 times.

5. Wrap the rest of the tea and flower petals until next steeping in an airtight package.
